Rich in Omega 3 ALA, flax seed oil is a beneficial ingredient for supporting heart and joint health, skin and coat health, and general wellbeing.

Flax seed meal is what remains of the seed after the oil has been extracted. High in protein, dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals the meal is available in two formats, either a flake form or a flour/powder.
